With COVID-19 numbers on the decline of late, FMU recently loosened regulations on the university-wide mask mandate. 

According to a mass email from Latasha Brand, Dean of Students, the new regulations, which took effect on March 1, stated, “Masks will no longer be required in hallways, dining, recreational, entertainment, social or study areas.” Brand explained these regulations also apply to all locations owned by FMU. 

FMU will perform additional discussions surrounding the mask mandate in the coming weeks.
