A report of Minor in Possession of Alcohol on Patriot Drive at Alumni Drive. Two students referred to Student Affairs.
A report of Theft from an Unsecure Motor Vehicle in Parking Lot “F”. An Apple I-phone and some personal items were taken.
10-16-11
A report of Open Container Violation and Driving under Suspension on Wallace Woods Road. Four (4) non-students issued Trespass Notices, 2 of the 4 issued State Tickets and 1 of the 4 jailed.
A report of Unauthorized Flyer at Village Apartments area hanging on a tree.

A report of a Fire Response – Trash Can Fire near D-E-F Residence Halls. Fire was called in by a passer-by and extinguished by Officers. Referred to Facilities Maintenance.
A report of Suicide Threats at the Forest Villas. One student transported to the hospital and referred to Student Affairs.

A report of Driving under Suspension on Alumni Drive. One student issued a State Ticket and referred to Student Affairs.

A report of a Verbal Dispute in the Forest Villas. Three students referred to Student Affairs.

A report of Theft from a Building and Financial Transaction Card Theft and Fraud in the Village Apartments. An unsecured wallet was stolen and several financial card transactions occurred. Investigation resulted in arrest warrants being obtained for a non-student suspect.

A report of Missing Person – Unfounded. The victim was reported missing by a parent however investigation revealed she was safe although she had been arrested by an off campus law enforcement agency.

A report of Harassment in Parking Lots “A” and “F”. The subject allegedly took keys from the victim during a relationship break-up. Two students referred to Student Affairs.

A report of Trespass of Real Property in Snow Island Hall. One non-student jailed when returning to the housing area after being told to leave campus.

A report of Guest Visitation Violation at Marion State Hall. Four non-students escorted from campus and one student referred to Student Affairs.

A report of Theft from a Motor Vehicle in Parking Lot “G”. A wallet and financial cards were stolen from a vehicle back on 10/27/11.
11-01-11
A report of Possession of Alcohol under 21 and Fraudulently Obtained FMU Parking Decal at the Village Apartments. A girlfriend purchased a resident decal for her boyfriend. Two students referred to Student Affairs and one of two issued a Campus Ticket.
A report of Simple Possession of Marijuana in Parking Lot “F”. Three non-students issued trespass notices and one of the three jailed.
Campus Police officers responded to Six (06) requests for Medical Assistance during this period.
