We ask that anyone having information about any crimes committed on campus call 661-1109. You don’t need to tell us who you are; just tell us what you know. You can provide your information anonymously through our “Silent Witness” page at on the campus police web site (http://www.fmarion.edu/about/police ). In the past, “Silent Witness” reports have provided leads on cases under investigation. Thanks to those community members concerned with keeping FMU safe and secure. A report of Recovered Stolen Property. A car stolen off campus was recovered on campus. Car was allegedly taken by juvenile member of family who reported the theft.
A report of Assault – Intimidation in Swamp Fox Hall. One student referred to Student Affairs.

A report of a Verbal Altercation & Guest Visitation in Baxter Apartment.A boyfriend/girlfriend argument led to the violations. One Student refereed to Student Affairs.
A report of Liquor Law Violation in Dalton Apartment. One Student referred to Student Affairs
A report of Simple Possession of Marijuana. One non-student claimed the drugs and was arrested. One student referred to Student Affairs.

A report of Harassment NO SCDL in Possession on Wallace Woods Road. One non-student issued a state citation. Vehicle removed from campus by towing company at the owner’s request.

A report of Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts in Lot “G”.A student reports an unknown subject stole a pick up bed cover from their vehicle.
A report of Vandalism and Fraudulent Use of Decal on The Cottage Road. Persons(S) unknown wrote derogatory comments on vehicles in lipstick. A student was discovered to have improperly registered a vehicle on campus. One student referred to Student Affairs.

A report of Distribution of Flyers and Trespass Notice issued in Parking Lot “G”. Two non-students were reported distributing flyers in violation of campus policy, issued Trespass Notices and escorted from campus.

A report of Trespassing on Campus. A non-student stopped for a traffic violation provided a false name. Investigation revealed he was Trespassed from campus. One non-student jailed.
An information report regarding Booklets being left on cars in violation of campus policy. The books were removed however non suspect was discovered.
11-01-12
A report of Drug Equipment Violation, Consumption of Liquor under 21 and Breech of Peace on Alumni Drive. Two students jailed, five students referred to Student Affairs.
A report of Burglary, Assault & Battery, Vandalism to State Property and Disturbing Schools at Kidwell Apartment. One student jailed for all charges.
A report of Petty Larceny, a student lost their wallet on the walkway from the residence halls to the UC. Items for the wallet later found in the Village Apartments.
A report of Theft from Building at the Media Center.A student report a purse stolen. This case was unfounded the purse was later found.
A report of a Verbal Altercation/Roommate Dispute in Watson Hall. Two students referred to Student Affairs.

A report of Disorderly Conduct in Beaty Hall. A student reported being shoved by another student. Students referred to Student Affairs.

An Information Only report in Parking Lot “G”. Unknown persons placed saran wrap around another person’s vehicle while parked.
Campus Police officers responded to eight (8) requests for Medical Assistance during this period.
